Tier List Hub

Universal Showdown is a released Roblox battlegrounds title (26 January 2026). Players search for a tier list almost immediately, then paste kits from other games when this roster is not fully published. This hub exists to slow that habit down. The lists linked here are community-style snapshots based on visibility and update focus, not laboratory DPS, not hidden winrate APIs, and not a Trello that this wiki will not invent.

Official tags on the Universal Showdown page confirm four names you can discuss without guessing: Shinji, KJ, Jun, and Cosmic Garou / Cosmic Form. Shinji is the current update branding. Cosmic tags are high-visibility. KJ and Jun are confirmed names that do not currently own the title card. Everything else stays in a holding lane until the developers publish it.

Two lists, two jobs

Use PvP tiers when you want a living S-A-B-C snapshot of who the game is shining a light on. Use the beginner ranking when you want a learning order. Those pages answer different questions. A character can sit high on the PvP snapshot because an update is named after them and still be a poor first chase if you have not learned punch, dash, block, and ultimate.

The shared combat layer is public and stable enough to practice on any fighter you actually own:

  • Left click punches.
  • Q dashes, and the same key is the evasive / ragdoll cancel while you are ragdolled.
  • G is Ultimate.
  • F blocks.
  • Double-tap W runs.
  • B opens the emote wheel.

Spins and emotes are randomized with equal chance and no duplicates. That store rule does not become a rarity tier. Equal chance means this wiki will not invent a secret percentage table.

What these ranks are allowed to mean

A useful battlegrounds list states its axis. Ours is official spotlight and confirmed naming, then a honest caveat in the same sentence. S on the PvP page means “the game is currently branding this name,” not “this kit wins 70 percent of sets.” A means “official tags keep this name in front of players.” B means “confirmed, but not the present title focus.” C means “unpublished or imported from a different game.” If a creator posts a spreadsheet of damage numbers without a public patch note, treat it as their opinion, not as this wiki’s source.

If you need a side-by-side of the confirmed names without a rank letter, open the character compare tool. If you need the actual inputs, read the combat guide. If you need the current branding story, read the Shinji update page instead of assuming last month’s thumbnail is still the patch.

Games you must not mix

Three other Roblox titles sit in the same search results and will poison a list if you merge them:

  • Jump Showdown is a different experience.
  • The Strongest Battlegrounds is a different experience. Cosmic Garou kits you saw there do not transfer here by default.
  • Universal Battlegrounds is a different experience, even when thumbnails look related.

If a clip, badge name, or move title came from one of those games, it does not belong on these tiers until Universal Showdown itself confirms it. The players hub is the roster index for this place only.

How to use the hub after an update

When the Roblox title or tags change, the PvP snapshot should move first. When a new player asks who to learn, the beginner page should stay stubborn: fundamentals first, Cosmic Form later. Secrets belong on secret characters and the secret character guide, not in a fake S-tier row. Like the game if you want the official secret prompt; do not wait for this hub to invent a code box.

The next official teaser line is “The first sight of something out of this galaxy.” That sentence is a mood, not a new row. Until a name is tagged the way Shinji, KJ, Jun, and Cosmic Garou already are, it stays off the letters.

Reread this hub when the experience title changes, not when a thumbnail artist redraws a character. The letters on the child pages are a map of attention. Your hands still have to win the set.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Is this a damage or winrate tier list?

No. These are community-style snapshots based on official spotlight and confirmed tags. This wiki does not publish invented DPS or winrates.

Which page should I open first?

Open the [PvP tier list](/tier-list/pvp/) for a living S-A-B-C snapshot, or the [beginner ranking](/tier-list/beginner/) if you are still learning the shared keybinds.

Why is the roster so short?

The full Universal Showdown roster is not fully published. We only rank names confirmed by official tags: Shinji, KJ, Jun, and Cosmic Garou / Cosmic Form.

Can I copy a Cosmic Garou kit from The Strongest Battlegrounds?

No. That is a different game. Official Cosmic tags here confirm a name, not a borrowed moveset.

Do spins change these tiers?

No. Official store copy says emotes and spins have equal chance and no duplicates. That is not a rarity ranking.
